Case #57152

This 34-year-old female patient is shown before and 3 months after breast augmentation following breastfeeding of two children, which resulted in loss of breast volume. Her procedure was performed through hidden transaxillary (underarm) incisions, and silicone implants were placed above the chest muscle to restore fullness and enhance breast shape. To achieve optimal symmetry, a 400cc implant was placed on one side and a 340cc implant on the other. At 3 months post-op, she has regained upper pole fullness and improved breast volume while maintaining a natural, balanced appearance.
