This 54-year-old female patient is shown before and 6 months after natural breast augmentation with fat transfer. Fat was harvested through liposuction from the abdomen, inner thighs, flanks, and knees, then purified and transferred to the breasts to enhance volume and shape using her own tissue. At 6 months post-op, she demonstrates fuller, more balanced breasts along with improved contour in the donor areas, creating a naturally enhanced overall silhouette without the help of an implant.
