This 36-year-old female patient is shown before and after a no-scar breast augmentation performed by Dr. Ching following a 50-pound weight loss that resulted in loss of breast volume. Silicone implants measuring 415cc and 365cc were placed in the subfascial plane through a hidden transaxillary (underarm) incision to restore fullness and improve breast shape without visible scars on the breasts.
