This 36-year-old female patient is shown before and 9 months after a no-scar breast augmentation performed through a hidden transaxillary (underarm) incision. As a patient with a very small frame, her goal was to achieve a natural-looking enhancement while maintaining proportion and balance. Silicone implants measuring 295cc and 345cc were placed to restore subtle volume and create improved breast shape and symmetry. At 9 months post-op, she demonstrates a natural, refined result with enhanced fullness and a harmonious fit for her body type.
