Allergan silicone implants measuring 255cc and 330cc were placed under the muscle through a hidden transaxillary (underarm) incision, allowing for enhanced breast volume without visible scars on the breasts. At 6 months post-op, she demonstrates a natural-looking increase in fullness with improved breast shape, symmetry, and proportion tailored to her body frame.
