This 30-year-old female patient is shown before and 1 year after a no-scar breast augmentation performed by Dr. Shim Ching. After losing weight and experiencing volume loss that left her breasts feeling deflated, she desired restoration of fullness while maintaining a natural breast shape. Silicone implants measuring 525cc and 545cc were placed under the muscle through a hidden transaxillary (underarm) incision to enhance volume and contour without visible breast scars. At 1 year post-op, she demonstrates fuller, balanced breasts with improved shape and a natural-looking result that complements her frame.
