This 38-year-old female patient is shown before and 6 months after a no-scar breast augmentation following changes in breast volume after breastfeeding children. Silicone implants measuring 345cc and 385cc were placed under the muscle through a hidden transaxillary (underarm) incision, restoring fullness while maintaining a natural breast shape. At 6 months post-op, she demonstrates improved breast volume, balanced contours, and a refreshed appearance with no visible scars on the breasts.
