Silicone implants measuring 310cc and 420cc were placed under the muscle through a hidden transaxillary (underarm) incision, allowing for enhanced breast volume without visible scars on the breasts. At 1 year post-op, she demonstrates improved breast shape, symmetry, and natural-looking fullness with a result tailored to her body proportions.
