This 41-year-old female patient, a mother of four, is shown before and 1 year after a no-scar breast augmentation performed through a hidden transaxillary (underarm) incision. Silicone implants measuring 700cc were placed under the muscle to restore volume, enhance fullness, and create a more balanced breast contour. At 1 year post-op, she demonstrates fuller, natural-looking breast shape with improved proportion and confidence while maintaining a smooth, scar-free breast appearance.
