If you proceed with TRT, you enroll in the Asia Pacific Aesthetics testosterone membership. Membership covers your medication, all visits with Dr. Long, all monitoring labs, and ongoing clinical oversight. Add-on medications such as HCG (for fertility preservation) and anastrozole (when clinically indicated) are available at a flat monthly rate. You're free to cancel at any time. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The membership is month-to-month with no contract. The annual prepay option saves two months but is not required.

I want to have children someday. Will TRT affect my fertility?

TRT can suppress sperm production, which is why Dr. Long discusses fertility goals during the consultation. For patients who want to preserve fertility, HCG can be added to the protocol at $75/month. Patients with active fertility plans may be better served by a fertility specialist using clomiphene or enclomiphene. Dr. Long will guide that conversation.

I've read about TRT side effects like hair loss, acne, and prostate issues. Should I be worried?
