- Breast Augmentation Revision

This patient is shown before and after a breast augmentation revision performed by Dr. Ching. The procedure included removal of previous saline implants and replacement with silicone implants measuring 445cc and 470cc, placed under the muscle through a hidden transaxillary (underarm) incision. Fat grafting was also performed to the breasts to enhance contour, improve softness, and create a more natural transition. The result is improved breast volume, shape, and symmetry with a refined, natural-looking appearance.
