This patient came to see Dr. Shim Ching in Honolulu, Hawaii for a no scar transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation revision after an original breast augmentation from another surgeon 12 years ago. He replaced her saline implants for silicone implants (325 cc each) by using his no scar breast augmentation technique making the incision in the armpit. The implants were repositioned into a much better position and fat grafting to the cleavage was added for this result.
