This patient came to see Dr. Shim Ching in Honolulu, Hawaii for a breast augmentation revision after an original breast augmentation from another surgeon 20 years ago. He replaced her saline implants for silicone implants by using his no scar breast augmentation technique making the incision in the armpit. He also performed fat grafting to the cleavage.
