This patient came to see Dr. Shim Ching in Honolulu, Hawaii for a breast augmentation revision. He replaced her implants that were 270 cc and 275 cc for slightly larger implants by using his no scar breast augmentation technique making the incision in the armpit (see the additional armpit view). He also did fat transfer to the cleavage to prevent rippling.
