This 40-year-old female patient is shown before and 1 year after breast augmentation and body contouring procedures performed by Dr. Shim Ching. Silicone implants measuring 470cc and 445cc were placed through a transaxillary (underarm) incision, allowing for breast enhancement without visible scarring on the breast. She also underwent laser liposuction to the abdomen, back, and flanks to refine overall body contour and improve waistline definition.
