This 41-year-old female patient is shown before and after a Mommy Makeover performed by Dr. Ching, including a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and fat grafting to the breasts. The procedure removed excess abdominal skin, tightened the core, and restored breast volume and shape. Allergan silicone implants measuring 525cc and 560cc were placed in the subfascial plane, with additional fat grafting to enhance breast contour and create a natural transition.
