This 31-year-old female patient is shown before and 3 months after breast augmentation with Dr. Ching’s signature HALO Lift following volume loss and breast changes associated with breastfeeding. The HALO Lift uses a circumareolar stitch technique to reshape the areolas and provide a subtle lift, while silicone implants measuring 425cc and 450cc were placed in the subfascial plane through hidden transaxillary (underarm) incisions. This approach restored breast volume, improved shape, and enhanced symmetry while minimizing visible scarring on the breasts.
