Chemical Peels

SkinCeuticals® Pigment Brightening Chemical Peel

The SkinCeuticals Pigment Brightening Peel is an innovative chemical peel, available at our Honolulu, Hawaii, facility, for restoring a healthier and more radiant skin complexion.

This unique glycolic acid peel is a customizable chemical peel specifically designed to dramatically improve the uneven appearance and texture of photodamaged skin after a series of 4 to 6 treatments. This peel combines a highly active powder containing an optimized blend of lightening agents to dramatically brighten your skin.

It also has anti-inflammatory agents with a powerful exfoliating acid solution to accelerate cell renewal and diminish surface discolorations, control uneven pigmentation, diffuse hyperpigmentation and improve your skin radiance. For problematic and oily skin types, a Sanitizing Booster® is added to help sanitize areas affected by trauma such as acne-related pigmentation.

What results can you expect?

SkinCeuticals peels can help visibly soften your fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin tone and texture, reduce symptoms of oiliness, and diminish the appearance of skin blemishes. Most patients leave the medical office looking healthy and refreshed.

What Our Patients Are Saying...

  • I have always had visions of what I would look like with a flat tummy. Now every single morning when I awake, I always say, “thank you Dr. Ching!” Thank you for allowing my dreams and visions of having my ideal body come to be a reality.
  • Dr Shim Ching is the best surgeon of the island of Oahu. You will get what you paid for. He gets the most hospitable staff. I just love them. Thank you.
  • Dear Dr. Ching, It has been 6 weeks (just as you said) and I look Fabulous! What a transformation! I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for the GREAT WORK you did on my face.

A slight stinging or burning sensation during the three to five minutes it takes for the peel to set is normal. Should you experience more intense effects please inform your skincare professional immediately. Slight redness and skin sensitivity, as well as flaking can occur for a period of up to five days as it eliminates all your dead surface cells. Your skin will likely feel tighter, smoother and softer than usual.
