This patient came to Dr. Shim Ching's practice in Hawaii for a hair transplant procedure using FUE (follicular unit extraction) to address hair loss on the top of the head. This patient received 3,000 FUE hair grafts in total to their crown as well as to the front and back of the head. 1,400 of the 3,000 hair follicles harvested were placed in the crown. The patient also received PRP injections to the crown and front of the head during his hair transplant procedure to further promote hair growth in these areas.
