Advantages of Laser Liposuction
This remarkable cosmetic procedure is extremely popular because it offers many benefits and advantages, including:
- Tightening loose skin
- Quick recovery time
- Minimal discomfort
- Minimal downtime
- Can treat small areas
- Short treatment time
Your Laser Liposuction Procedure
After coming to our Hawaii offices, your laser liposuction will begin with a small incision made in the desired area. A thin probe with a laser on the end will then be inserted to break the fat cells down into a liquid form. Dr. Ching suctions melted fat immediately, providing better results than other laser lipo procedures that can leave behind dead fat cells to be reabsorbed by the body.
Laser Lipo Results
The laser treatment also has an impact on your skin collagen. This tightens your skin, which results in a smoother, sleeker look. These benefits are achieved in very little time. The standard laser liposuction session often takes less than 1 hour from start to finish.
The incision is extremely small. In addition, you experience little to no pain or bruising from laser lipo. Some patients return to work the next day. Others may need another 24 to 48 hours before getting back to their normal schedule, but this is still a dramatic change from conventional liposuction.
It should be noted that the skin does need a few weeks to adjust afterward. Although you’ll see some immediate change, the best results from your laser lipo will take time to appear. Therefore you should not judge the outcome by what you see initially.
