     A descending forehead/brow can create an anxious, worried and even angry look. Coronal brow lift is a procedure to lift the forehead. An incision is made in the scalp over the top of the head. The forehead tissues are elevated, and the muscle that causes a frown between the eyebrows is often weakened. The eyebrows are elevated to give a more rounded shape, the upper eyelids are uncovered and look more alert. Horizontal forehead lines and frown lines are softened and reduced. In selected patients, the brow may be lifted endoscopically with only a few small placed incisions placed within the hairline.
