Out-of-Town Patients:
We understand it's both inconvenient and expensive for patients to fly in to Hawaii for a consultation, then return a few weeks later for surgery. If you're considering visiting us here in Hawaii to have your surgery, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send Us Your Photos
Please provide clear, recent photos of your front and side views. Images should be taken with a plain background. Photos without clothing or undergarments should clearly show your area of concern. The pictures can be sent to us by regular mail or e-mail.

2. Phone Consultation
When we receive your photos, we'll set up a confidential phone consultation for you with Dr. Ching. At that time you can discuss whether or not you're a good candidate for plastic surgery. Our 20 min. phone consultation fee is $50.00, payable via credit card prior to the phone consultation. NOTE: This cost will be deducted from the fees for surgery.

3. Schedule Your Procedure
Once you've decided to proceed, a $500 deposit is required to reserve your surgery date. The remaining balance is due by 14 days prior to your surgery date. Should you cancel your surgery, the deposit will be refundable up until 14 days prior to your surgery date.

4. Fly in for Surgery
Our office is located approximately 20 minutes from Honolulu International Airport. You must arrive at least two days prior to your surgery date. Before your surgery date you'll meet with Dr. Ching and have an in-depth consultation to discuss your procedure(s).

5. Recovery
In the days that follow your procedure(s), Dr. Ching will see you post-operatively and, depending upon the procedures that have been performed, you may return home 5-14 days later.
